Simpsons Business Relocations was formed 35 years ago by Barry Simpson and its status as a family operated business is being maintained by his son Steve and daughter Melanie who now run the business on a day to day basis.
Our fleet is consistently expanding to meet the demands for our first class service; the current fleet consists of twenty removal vehicles. These range from eighteen tonne HGV lorries, down to the flexibility and convenience of a transit van.
Located near the Thames crossing in Dartford, our main depository is conveniently situated for access into London and to all other major road routes throughout the UK and Europe. Throughout Europe we use our own vehicles and our own crews.
In 2001 we bought our current warehouse and offices and, perhaps not surprisingly, we relocated ourselves to Blue Hawk House where we had the opportunity to more than double our storage space – to 35,000 square feet and, with storage containers stacked 3 high, our storage capacity exceeds 100,000 square feet. This, together with a 20,000 square foot secure compound, means further expansion in the future is a possibility.
